I'm not much for scary movies... I'm kind of a big wimp. On Halloween I like to stay home, pass out candy, and watch a "scary" movie.

This picture is so amazing. It sums my sister Katie and I up perfectly. She was always the cute little tomboy while I was always a girly girl. :) I love my sister so much!

If you ask me how I knew Ben was the one I may show you this photo. We took this after dating only 3 months or so. We look so much like the real deal that people often ask if this was us in high school. HA!

80's Jazzersizers!

Last year we dressed as Wayne and Garth. I think we did a pretty good job.
I dressed as Lady Gaga the next night and danced in my kitchen with my best friend Christie who was maybe dressed like a robber...?

Oh and let's not forget the good old days of being young and single. Yes... even I did the slutty ____ costumes.

Or if you have an excuse like going to the Playboy Mansion, you can just be a girl in lingerie. Why not??

Tricks and Treats

Ahhhh Halloween. My second favorite holiday (my first being Thanksgiving where I'm guiltlessly gluttonous)

I love dressing up and getting to be someone else for a night. Our friend has the best Halloween parties every year where our friends go all out and dress in amazing costumes. It's truly impressive and there's hardly a store-bought costume in sight. This year was no exception.

My two costumes this year were polar opposites. The first, my personal favorite, being a nerdy self conscious drummer from Aurora... better known as Garth Algar.

I'm Going Bundy...

So I was supposed to be in China for halloween, but my trip was pushed back a week (yay!) so I've decided on a Halloween costume. None other than Mrs. Peggy Bundy of Married With Children. I love her garish tackiness! Plus... married to a shoe salesman? Perfect.

I just want to know if any of you fashionable people know where I can get some ANTI fashion. So if any of you have any good suggestions, please let me know. I want to look as authentic as possible! I love her shiny high waist cigarette pants/leggings but I'm having trouble finding some. 

Anyway- please give me some tips if you have them! :)
