Yay!! I got the OK to share some of my shoes from the Cece L'amour line :)

I know my posts have been super spread out but I'm just in such a funk right now. Again, I'm so sorry and I will get back to it soon. We have fashion week coming up and I'll be in New York for the whole month of September to "get away" so I'm looking forward to sharing that journey with you guys!

Inspiration

Interview in Footwear Plus Magazine

I'm featured in Footwear Plus this month!! 

It's always so weird to see myself in a magazine... never stops feeling surreal! This article is really great. Too kind really. Here's a close up (click to make larger) or go to Footwear Plus and check out the current issue! There's a little shout out to you guys in there. I'm so glad the interviewer included it. :)

I'm going into the office today and will see about posting some photos of the collection! I'm excited to share with you guys. I also need to see about tracking down some photos of the launch party. There was pink champagne and I was 3 glasses deep so taking photos was not my job ;)

Cece L'amour Ads

Today was a super exciting whirlwind of activity! We launched the line with a pretty great reception, and had our cocktail party to celebrate. (Photos to come!!)

Speaking of support, your comments on my last post have been overwhelming and SO effing sweet and kind. Thank you all for being so amazing. I gave you guys a shout out in my Footwear Plus article that came out today and I will be posting tomorrow. I LOVE YOU!

Take the Good With the Bad

Ok. So. I don't know how to do this so I'll do it quick like a band-aid

Ben and I split up and I'm really depressed and I haven't worn heels more than 3 times in the last month and I don't know what to blog about because every time I try to write a post I just get real sad and shut my computer and my life is a crazy mess and I'm a mess and I don't want to talk about it!

Ahhhhhh, much better.

Ok? So that's out of the way.

In other news... The shoe show starts tomorrow and although I'm in a little bit of a zombie state, I'm sure I'm excited somewhere in there. I'm really happy with how the Cece L'amour shoes turned out and can't wait to share some of them with you :) It's so frustrating that I can't just show you the shoes but you know, that isn't the smartest thing to put them out there before buyers buy them ;) ... so we'll wait.
You can see the 3 page ad spread in Footwear News too!! I'll post those soon.

There are also the Adrienne Maloof shoes that are SUPER sexy and fantastic! Hopefully you'll get to see some of our design process on the new season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!!

Bebe looks really good- I'm really happy with that and I have NEWS about the glitter wedge you guys email me about like every other day. haha

They will be available in stores November at Macy's for sure and I'll get info on more stores as soon as I hear about it.
